Maple Equipment Rentals was founded to solve a simple problem: contractors need equipment they can count on, from a company that actually answers the phone. Since our founding, we’ve grown into a trusted name for Canadian contractors, builders, and project managers who need scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, compact equipment, and heavy earthmoving machines without the runaround.
We maintain our own fleet, inspect every unit before it leaves the yard, and work directly with you to match the right machine to your job — not just whatever’s sitting around.

Company Legality
Maple Equipment Rentals is a registered business in Ontario, carrying full liability insurance and WSIB coverage, and operating in compliance with all applicable provincial regulations.
Equipment Legality
All equipment in our fleet is maintained and inspected in accordance with CSA safety standards. Units are serviced on a regular schedule and inspected before every rental.
Operator Legality
Maple Equipment Rentals does not supply operators. Renters are responsible for ensuring their operators hold valid certification for the equipment type, in line with Ontario’s powered mobile equipment training requirements.
